River Intake Protection Screens

The team at Lyndon Engineering welcomed the challenges of this Selwyn District Council project that included fabrication, galvanising and installing at site of galvanised cantilevered beams, posts, overhead walkways and intake protection screens. These screens included a rotating-chain brush system run from an automated timer.

The team at Lyndon Engineering also supplied the temporary hole-punched alloy screens (seen on right hand intake) which can be easily removed for servicing. We look forward to working on many new projects in 2017 with our custom design and fabrication team.
